again..... i have friends who started on gsxr750s,1000s honda 954,rc51's..etc...600rr's..its all about the rider...my brother has not rode a bike before in his life and just got a 954 two weeks ago..rode on the freeway with me for the first time the day he got it..and is doin fine with a high performance bike as his first bike...and a cbr954 has lots of go(not a puzzy bike)

...and lets see how many of them make it, much less in one piece w/o serious injury as long as the 'old farts' here have.

p.s. 'problems' reselling a used ninja 250? ROFLMAO

i started out on a 92 Katana 600. I think they're a little heavier than most sportbikes, but not much. They're not as fast either, which might be a good thing for starting out.

btw..there are people who have died on ninja 250 and other so called started bikes

+1 a riders reflex in certain situaions and panicing is key

His reflex caused him to yank the throttle partially wheelying up over a curb. Had he done that on a katana.....he probably would have still made the turn. People die on all displacements of bikes, but big bikes give you opportunities to kill yourself that small bikes don't. Nobody NEEDS those extra options....especially not someone who doesn't know they exist (like a new rider..)!

notice the they are all new riders even K5 and his bro.........

remember K5 90% of motorcycle deaths are people who are self-taught and/or taught by family/friends.

and K5 at a whopping 21 years old...

"there is no way to ride a bike and not have any injuries.(so hush)...sooner or later you may fall....its a part of the laon agrrement when buyin/riding a bike..ya azz is gonna fall(maybe)if you dont fall stuntin you will fall cause some asian woman cut you off and cant drive lol"

ROFL at 21.. precisely how much experience do you have?

Lets look at MY commentary again..

To re-iterate lets see how many of them ARE ALIVE or in ONE PIECE WITHOUT SERIOUS injury.

Consider, that I was LICENSED and riding two wheels on the street before you mother was wiping your backside.

Quote:
ROFLMAO what is this..... ninja 250's suck like a brand new virgin...thats why they are sold so often..you get new rider who are scared...so they buy a 250 and sell it 2 week later to get the 600rr they should have got in the first place...so a ninja 250 is a pass around bike.... passed from new rider to new scared and over precaucious rider..lol
Really? ninja250.com check it out and educate yourself. I congratulate you on demonstrating on precisely how young and completely ignorant you are.

LL, do some real, personal research... check the history and experience of the people your getting your advice from. Then go from there...
