Pledge Lemon Polish

I'm a believer. I looked online to see what the reviews are on using pledge lemon on your plastics, and saw that many people swear by it. I told myself that I might as well try it since I had a bottle sitting in the laundry room. WOW, cheap, easy, shiny............all i got to say. If you're out of honda polish, or s100, and you want to just give it a shot, try it and you may be as surprised as i was.

I used a microfiber towel and sprayed it directly onto the towel. I wiped the plastics, and used another MicroFiber towel to dry it off. Loved it.

But I am wondering if it will leave a haze on your plastics like it can your furniture. It has some type of wax in it!!!

crazy! as you posted this i was wiping down all the furniture in our control room with pledge! it was kinda surreal there for a minute. i literally just put the stuff up and then i see a thread about it on the screen....anyway good to know it works on plastics too.

um... no one ever applied vinyl stickers to a car before?

you use lemon/citrus products to help remove the wax so the sticker can grab the plastics.

I hope you're not exposing the plastic paint and removing the film from any wax you had established over the paint. If you want to strip it and rewax, kewl... the paint under the wax should be pretty shiney...

yeah a friend of mine told me this little secret when I bought my 1st bike and I've been using it since! it's quick, easy and looks great!!! no problems with buildup or anything. I use it on the tank, plastics and it works great for getting the dried-stuck on bugs off!
