MSF in AZ is much more expensive!

So, as most of you know I do live in AZ.. BUT i am 99.99% sure im moving back to Texas in May.

I was looking up MSF here in AZ to see if i should take the class here and then buy my bike in Texas, or if should wait till I move down to take the class and buy my bike.. I called over 6 places and the lowest price i found for MSF was $220, and thats only a November special. The prices i found here ranged from $220-$280 Just a little more than the average $170-$180 in TX... soo i guess im going to wait to move down there before i take MSF :( Its not THAT much more money, but I dont have a truck, so even if were to take msf and buy my bike here, it would be too much trouble brining it over to TX.. plus i'd rather wait and do everything while im in TX cuz i some awesome MH friends for support
So just a little update on me... cuz i know alot of you ask When you buying your bike, when you coming to texas, when are you taking msf.. so there ya have it Cant wait to move down there!

I heard people say it costs in the $1000 range in NY. I never took it, just heard that from people that did.

Just bring your To Texas.. and forget about it (Big Smile) .. you get the discount and won't have to worry about nothing .. call and ask for mike and tell him you are part of the forum.. and he'll give the discount.. just be sure of when and how soon you want to take the class.. cause the availability is limited.. and they are no refunds..

and trying to resell a 250 is a waste.. of time get a 600 you won't hurt it my 6 was dropped several times scratches on the fairings just a little baptism.. to the bike.. still a sexy shiny black bike and gets all the attention. ..

funny after 1.5 yrs and 3000+ miles ( 1 crash) we sold our 250 for $100 less then we paid

you think your 600 is gonna depreciate that lil, doubt it.

Like I said Lil Momma Get a 6.. with whatcha heard!!!!!

Way too many 250's for sale on craigslist mind you they 07 and 08's after 2 to 3 weeks of riding moving up to 6's and better. Met a young lady the other day riding a 750. And she looked like she didn't weigh no more than a buck and a half Said she learned at Awesome cycles during 4th of july weekend. Come to find out she was there the same time i was (myself have the experience just never got legit til this past summer suglarland cops be hatting on cycles) ... All and all you just pick the right school to learn from and you'll be doing just fine afterwards in whatever bike you get. 250+ Peace out !!!
And let us know how you do!!! We here at moto hou support ya in whatever you're riding!!! from Kan of Tuna's to honda scooters.... Ya feelig me lol !!!!!

yet another funny, i teach those classes and have watched plenty of people wheelie and crash those lil 125's . can't imagine what would happen on a 600. well actually i can, cuz 1 of my students had already wheelied his R1 into a building before taking the class.

there are alot more 600SS (wrecked and "dropped") then 250's for sale. and the resale is alot worse on a 600.
