For the locals to get a license it's boocoo expensive and time consuming so you will see alot of young females driving. Daddy paying for it. It was over $1000 to get your license as a german civilian back in the 80s

hehe, i read an article... i think it was in cycle world... that spoke eloquently about this tour. I also get a discount rate if I take up Edelweiss, which would be nice if it were more than just 12%. Thanks for the info though.
