Funny Helmets?

Who makes helmets like these:

funny motorcycle helmets funfry res

I tried googling but that picture is all I could come up with. I've seen a cookie monster one on here though so I figured there is a company out there that does them and I am interested in seeing what else they have. If anyone knows, please help me out

Cool site, I like their "crazy clown" but I don't think that's what I'm after. The ones I have seen even have the visor covered(the whole visor, not just the teeth in the pic I posted). It didn't look like a vinyl but I suppose it could have been

I hadn't even considered the possibility that it's some sort of cover, I just assumed they were manufactured that way. Makes sense though.

I had the helmet skinz, just don't get caught in the rain, make for zero visibility, even with just a drizzle or heavy mist.
