Defensive Driver Course Question

Got a ticket for a 56 in a 45.

Ive already taken Awesome Cycles BRC....what course do I need to take now that I have the ticket? ERC?

Is there an online course I can take or does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Every court pulls this and every court refuses to answer the question. They will tell you to take Motorcycle Defensive Driving. There is no such thing as Motorcycle Defensive Driving. And if you ask them to tell you explicitly what Motorcycle Defensive Driving is, they never can, cause they don't know. There is Defensive Driving (which is more geared towards cars and driving in general), there is Basic Rider Course and Experienced Rider Course. I have dealt with this a few different times with different courts. Every time it took many phone calls and much arguing and every time they finally let me take regular defensive driving and accepted that.
