Had a great time there. Can't wait for Texas Mile come around again. Here are some times

TrickTom ran a 247+ off the trailer in the morning. Data logger didnt work so any attempt at tuning was going to be guess work. Terry Kizer on one of Scott Guthrie's bikes ran 246+ on his first run. A turbo Viper ran 223, I think that was the fastest car for the day. I was impressed with how many cars were running 170+.

The blue streamliner had a fairly stock 07 1000 gsxr motor in it.They only went mid 180s mainly due to lack of any front brakes.Litle worried about stopping. It had a massive amount of beautiful fabrication

It was nice meeting you Alan and seeing everyone. I had a blast and will definitely be going back many many more times.

I didn't break any records but being my first time out, I went faster than I thought so I was happy...

My bone stock 08 with my 225lb. on it went 182. I couldn't run much better than that with the wind but the bike was still pulling. My GPS was spot on with what the timers were reporting...

Several other 08's but I think I had the only "stocker" out. Most of the others went 190+ with ease. I know the other Blue one with a Yosh pipe and basic mods went 197mph. He wanted 200 bad but I don't know if he ended up getting it. Most of the others had issues for the mods they were running and ran mid-190's. I left early on Sunday so I don't know what happened after noon.

I've got lots of pics and will post them once I get them loaded.

I don't know what the fastest car was but one of the Supra's broke the STREET car record on Sunday running 241mph...

Yeah there were 2-3 TT Ford GTs out there. Also several fast supras, one was the Boost Logic Supra, it set the fastest car record of 241.xx mph. Its a NASTY b*tch....thats for sure. Prolly about 1500hp. TONS of Corvettes, I saw several Z06s break 200 mph. One blew a front tire at the Mile marker and took the whole front clip off the car. Lots of car carnage, blown motors, a car fire etc..... Big power=big booms.

I was there...We left just after your buddy crashed(after we heard he was ok).

How did he lay it down? How fast was he going when he actually started sliding? The bike looks pretty good after going down reguardless of speed.
