02 GSXR 1000 ECM Question

so here is the ECM from the sticker on the box 32920-40F30, wha the is the difference between this one and 32920-40FD0? Can you use any of the 2? I am guessing not since my engine is not running well. The damm motor won't go past 6 and is not firing right, as if I didn't have the right ECM or something. This is getting frustrating, first I tought it was the injectors, but no. I Cleaned them and everything was just like it is so I changed them for another set. DAMM it. Can anyone help?

THE 01 CDI box is different is different than the 02 and your bike will run like unless you have the matching harness
