Someone pushed over my Bike

Well I stayed at my girls last night and when I get up this morning my bike (2006 R6-S) is laying on the side......I know it didnt come from the wind because it wasnt blowing that bad plus it was parked inside a garage (Parking Garage) away from the wind....I'm just glad that I didnt catch the who did it cause someones mother would have been missing a child this morning.....So I have began the process of purchasing new parts.....Should have it back ready to go in about a week....Anyone know where or if anyone here can help (I'll but beer lunch etc) putting the new parts on once they arrive....All i'm purchasing is the rear tail fairing a new mirror and an engine cover.....oh and a left peg....Hit me up

Well I see what ur saying but if I had did it myself I would own up to it and say...OKOK......Deal with it...... but its like dude said...Like if someone keyed my Jag.....I'd be as but get it fixed asap....The bike isnt even a month old.....I already ordered the parts anyway.....Plus in a year I plan on getting the R1

Are you sure someone pushed it over? In my parking garage at work I park on a slant, and I'm always nervous about it falling over because the floors bounce when any kind of car drives by. My bike is pretty heavy so i think I'm safe, but a sport bike might be jolted off it's stand. Did you park on an incline or something?

I would fix it up. I hate having eye sores glaring back at me from a new ride.
I hope you get everything sorted out.

that sucks... i woulda waited to fix it though... cause this shitz gonna happen again...

when i had my gsxr750 i had parked at oreileys, when i came out.. it was laying on the ground w/ fuked up clipon, busted front fairing, and side fairing and some other ... what happend is some a$$hole in an f250 was backing up, and ran into it! then kept reversing, and began wadding that into the concrete! then he took off.. so i get out side, and my tz all fukd up

not to mention the countless times i dropped dat myself

Well I'm pretty sure that someone pused it over because I was not on an incline yet on the top floor.....and I know what you mean about the bouncing....But this garage really doesnt do that much....Almost brand new property......But yeah I didnt waste any time ordering parts....I have a garage at my house and I rarely ride my bike considering the fact that I have a few other vehicles.....But last night I rode it to work and since she stays closer to my job than where i live i just went over there.....Some drunk probably did it late last night because I got in around 11-12 last night....And to dude(s) who said it will happen again.........If it does....I'll just have to order that part again lol.............

hey man get some Frame sliders. Will save all your plastics.

Had the smae happen to my 05 R6, but it was a little kid that slipped and fell due to my alarm scaring him and pushed the bike over. Frame sliders saved everything. I was as but all that touched was the sliders and the rear view mirror. How did your back end get scrached. they must of slamed that or something

You know the sad part is that there arent many kids that live in that complex....The majority of residents are Doctors a few Professional Athletes (Texans and Astros) and Rice Students.......But there is always that 1 ! Oh well parts are on their way

that sucks, sorry to hear that.
I've had my bike for 6 mths and it's been dropped so many times.. out of 8 guys I let get on my bike 7 has dropped it... i did it twice (once doing a u-turn, once in a twistie). not going to fix it yet.. was thinking of waiting until my insurance renew then i'm going to claim it and replace everything (shield, mirrors, shifter, exhaust, all the fairings).. but now i'm debating on just repainting it pink.. that way no one will want to take my bike around :icon_bigg then I will learn to say 'No' to those who ask..
