Diablo Corsa OR Bridgestone BT-016

Im thinking about taking advantage of Cycle Gears tire sale...

My problem is should I pick Diablo Corsa OR Bridgestone BT-016.
Any of these would be an upgrade from my worn Maxxis 120/180.
My riding isnt extreme but on weekends I may try to improve my curve taking.
I do alot of North to South commuting to work on 45.

Any input would help

BT016 FTMFW! my buddy jeff had the corsa and switched to the bridgestone on my recomendation once his wore out. he rants and raves about how much better it is. thats what i have on my bike and i love it. i would say i ride fairly aggressive and the first one lasted me about 4500 miles.

the corsa 3 has better traction than the bt016....but the corsa 3 probably has 1/2 or 3/4 the life of a bt016.

so it's up to you....sacrifice traction for longetivity or vise versa.

why not try one of the sponsors before hittin up cycle gear? they may be able to get you a better deal.

Thanks for the input...

C.G. is saling the tires for 189.99 f/r combo. It'll be hard to beat but if any of the sponsors want to send a PM or chime in for the same price... I'll take it!

Im still undecided.

The cycle gear deal is on the Corsa Street model tire. Not the Corsa IIIs.

corsa 3's no doubt will have better grip/traction. But like tony said the life expectancy will be lower as well

I have the BT16s on my 10R, I love em. Took them out to MSRH and felt very confident with them, should be your best bet for the money

I went ahead and bought the BT-016 on Fri online... Good thing to because my tires where gone. I was getting ready to go ride Sat morning and notice my rear tire was almost showing thread. So I parked it and left it alone. Sunday I was washing the bike and notice some uneven wear on my front tire. I'm thinking from tire PSI but I did adjust my chain the week before. Can my chain adjustment play a factor in uneven front tire wear? I could of sworn I tighten the adjuster bolt to same notch.
