I'm getting some riding boots!

Like the title says, I'm getting some boots here pretty soon. I've got a couple choices and would like some opinions how how they perform.
eg: comfort, durability, protection, performance and whatever random things you've got to say say..
Anyways, here's the selection I'm looking at!
I forgot to mention that I will be mostly street riding for a while before I get the money to start doing regular track days.

My roommate just went through this list of choices. In fact the EXACT same 3 sets of boots. He actually ordered 1&2 first. After trying them on and walking around a bit, he decided that they were just a little too chinsy. Not quite what he expected. He ended up getting the A*'s (upon my suggestion) and recently praised me for his purchase. After last weekends street ride, he commented that he was VERY happy he returned his previous choices and the A*s were the best pair of boots he had ever worn. So what does this mean? IMO for $160 you can get some OK boots, but for $100 more you can get some excelent boots. While I have not owned a pair of Sidis many of my riding partners do, and they love them as well. I am just partial to A*.

That's the response I figured, I never really heard of the TCX brand. I have a A* textile jacket and gloves and I'm also getting an A* leather jacket, I love their products. So I will most likey get choice 3, anyone else on here ever own a pair from the choice 1 or 2?

I love Sidis, but they are too much $$. I'm going with AGV this time.

id go down to Motorcycles Unlimited and get some Sidi's. I got a pair of Sidi B2's there and do not regret the purchase at all. extremely comfortable boots, and the Sidi reputation is more than good enough for me as far as safety.

Your not going to find a deal on any website for Sidi give or take a few bucks, Motorcycles Unlimited has them in stock
