I think the reason why it's so cheap are because it's only 8/10 of a mile. That's half a mile SHORTER than GrandSport Speedway. Yikes! A track like that is geared towards karts (totally different market to boot). The biggest bike you would want on that track is a 'Tard or a smaller two-smoker.

The kicker is that (outside of the track itself) they obviously don't have a lot invested in it besides a paved paddock and an PA/timing system. They're in the dessert man. I'm sure that property was CHEAP.

Would love to ride it if I had a kart or a 'Tard.

"8/10th of a mile" long track? Katy is 7/10ths, so it's only a tad bigger.

Looks like a cool kart and mini track.

BTW, for $30/ day + annual fee, there's a couple of tracks you could have membership to around here...
