Wassup! Welcome. Looks like you got all the advice from very one in MH family. All I can say is take your time, get all the riding tips you can. Respect the machine you’ll be riding. Good luck and have fun.

Take the MSF course, get the M class on your license, and don't buy anything bigger than a 600. I had a CBR600 as my first bike and its funny to say it now, but at the time it scared the out of me until I got used to the power!

Stay off the freeways when they're at there busiest. Get up early on Sunday mornings and get out of town onto some quiet back roads. Ride with those that respect your level of ability - watch the others take risks. And when you're up to it, take a Novice class at Texas Track Days after 6 months (great instruction for newbies) - no cars, trucks, trees, or walls - the track is a great way to learn about your bike and how to control it with the guidance of an instructor and with less risk than learning on the road.

Good luck and ride safe!

Thanks buddy! I was like man all the stuff that comes along with a bike is expensive! lol. But oh well, guess it will also be well worth it! haha.
Thanks for the advice!
