On stoppies it's hard to soft... grab hard on initial pickup and loosen once the stoppie is up close to BP. The back brake does help in the stoppie but that's a whole other set of instructions.

thank you ... but explain on the bake break I never use it I see the guys that do and I can hear the difference when the bike hits the groud but that is all ... explain please

Start rolling 3 hundy consistently then worry about it but tapping it before you come down at the end of your stoppie does take the strain off your chain and motor.
