SE meet & greet Thursday at Hooters would be a good place to start.

There's also a guy down the street from me that rides a yellow gixxer. I've never met him, but I see his bike on the sidewalk and in his garage sometimes. Mine is older ('92), and not NEAR as pretty as his shiny new one, but I ride mine almost every day, just about anywhere I go unless I have the kids with me, rain or shine usually. I don't really care about image.... I've ridden on and off for 25 years because I LOVE IT! One of you guys give me call tomorrow during the day and we'll all try to get together (cell 281-541-6714). Maybe we could all meet and ride out to the Super Target on 146 by Kemah Saturday or something. For those that don't know, a bunch of people head out there with cars and bikes on Saturday nights.

One thing for sure. If you ride it you will get one. Definite improvement over the '06/'07 ,model. The Aprilia will have to wait until the new model comes out. She can ride the Daytona for now.
