lone star track days racing

we use the Racepak G2X.
You can graph functions like MPH, Acceleration Gs, braking forces, rpms, what gear you are in, and you can also compare lap times, create track maps, create track map segments and more.
You can also use the program for comparing tables containing values for top speed, mid-corner speed, exit speed, rpms and lateral g-forces.
The whole system mounted below our ram-air ducts.
We reach in, pull out the card, stick it our lap top.........and see what's what.
It's a no BS approach.
data does not lie.
Call Tim at Racepak.
They're great folks!

we ran the 2D system back home HOP
never let us down to the best of my recall, survived some big offs and a great tool for fine tuning but you need to have "base" settings provided.

Don't ever ever lose the download cable..............$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

BTW, RacePak has been working on a unit specifically for motorcycles. Last year I worked with Tim to be a beta tester for the unit, and the hardware never materialized. He talked about it again on Monday, so it sounds like they are progressing, but there is nothing imminent for a release.

I run just the little 128 MB memory card with the G2X and I could get several track days worth of runs on it. BTW, the data above is from the GSXR.
