kawasaki ZX6R mileage?

does any1 know how big the 2000 kawasaki ZX6R tank is and how many miles the gallon? cuz i ran out of gas lyk 3 times now lol and its getting a lil irritating haha if any1 knows id appreciate the knowledge... THANX!

lol you shouldnt have to pull over, just take ya left hand off and switch it

but continue to pull over if you dont feel safe doing that...lol i dont want to be the cause of a wreck

Not true, I owned an 06 zzr600 which is basically the same bike. I NEVER pulled over to switch to reserve, once i felt the throttle get light, I immediately knew to switch it. Best I ever got was 200 miles out of the tank

I have an 04 ZX6R and i got no reserve. that i know of.

i get about 130 mi a tank.

I can squeeze 160-170 before she's begging for gas but that's pushing the limit and if I ran the bike hard at all during that time I'll go till about 140 just to be safe LOL

Yah, I have a light that comes on, but i don't manually switch anything over.
