You are going way out of the way to get to Carlos and back; and you are missing some real fun roads like Racer and Crabb and some more getting to 3090. If you are just wanting to do Fayetteville AND Carlos you can still condense it a bunch.

Racer Roads fun, but all of the local roads are bad if you run them like a race track.

Crabb is just a better way to get out than rolling the Beltway....

If I was in town I would help you lay it out and come along.

When we get to Navasota. We can merge onto HWY6 towards TWS (Texas World Speedway). Continue on 6 and exit William D Fitch. Take a right onto Fitch and continue towards HWY30. Merge onto 30 and head to Carlos and then towards Yankees.

Once lunch is done, we can head down 3090 towards 149. From there, you guys will be able to make it back home.

And if you're not wanting to do lunch at Yankees, 3090 and back to 149 is a short jog anyhow.

Countyline BBQ on 290/362 is good eats. Or there is Kings in Montgomery for a good burger as well
