OH, and to answer the question, I only ride on the street when I feel like converting my bike back to street-legal status. Since I'm really lazy, my bike stays mostly track-prepped in the garage.


Although I did go on a ride to PP1 recently...

Some orgs will allow you to work a half day and ride a half day. Especially if you bring another person to swap duties with.

Cool part is when you take your noob class you start at your own comfort level! There will be others that will be having their first track day too! You won't be the slowest! Not the fastest out there either....lol but certainly not the slowest!
