anything contected to this part??

so im putting my bike back together and i was wondering what the part is that is circled in red is and if anything (wires) needed to be conected to it. i have a 07 zx6r thanks!

they yellow cabel is the latch for the seat but its the other part im wondering about the bigger piece that has the circel in the middle

look like a servo for the stock exhaust valve. not sure though

i think you have to drill holes through that part for it to work properly

aftermarket system.... as in headers and all. that looks like the servo for the butterfly valve on a stock system.

It's the exhaust servo motor.
You should have a bracket on it limiting it's movement if you have an aftermarket exhaust.
If not, it will throw an F.I. code.
