Hey a chance to brag about the gross devaluation of my bike!
I bought a new Concours 14 last Aug and put 10k on it before totaling it in Nov. Got a new replacement in Dec and have put 18 k on it so far.
Not planning to sell though, proally ride it till the wheels come off, put'em back on and ride it some more.

17k on an 05. And my bike is 100% recreational. I don't use it to go to work, run errands, etc. I use it for pleasure only. On that note, perfect weather this weekend for a good ride.

RacerX, your posts are are no longer entertaining and a bit annoying. Instead of posting about all the things you love to about, why don't you STFU and go riding

Seriously, you are one annoying guy. I have been riding as long as you, (we went to the MSF class at the same time) I have heard you suck at the track, and you are a pompous who likes to act like he is the G-d of all bikers. Why in the you feel like you have the right to be such a tool, I haven't a clue. off douchebag...

I put close to 10k on mine the first yr. i had it. Now its not even at 12k and i have had it for 4 yrs. Yup i am slackin. Usually the only time it gets to go out is when i go to the drag strip. At least I'm not just ridding down to the local hot spot to pose though.

I've put 5K on mine in 1.5 years, haha. Granted, I don't always talk about riding or whatever. I ride when I can. I ride when the weather is nice. I don't ride in the winter. I don't ride when I'm fasting (1 month each year). I don't ride to work unless I'm working in the lab or have no real meetings to attend, etc etc. My ride to work is no more than 40 miles round trip. When I ride on the weekends, it's usually out west some. Been to Fayetteville and Carlos a few times each.

I suck, oh well. I also have other hobbies besides my bike. Braz. Jiu-Jitsu and my 93 Mustang take my time (and money) as well.
