Is it at all possible that the people talking about riding are actually riding and the people that don't ride are just selling their bikes?
You shouldn't cluster everyone together just because the people that are selling their bikes don't have the mileage YOU expect from them.

Complaining about other's riding habits... that's kind of a crock too!

All the bikes at my house have 14,000 plus miles currently so I think they get ridden enough considering they are all bikes bought 2004 and later.

X2

I used to think that RacerX was a but for a good reason, that he actually cared about others safety. Now I am starting to see him as a petulant, whiny brat whom thinks that if everyone does not conform to his view of riding then they are idiots.

RacerX, your posts are are no longer entertaining and a bit annoying. Instead of posting about all the things you love to about, why don't you STFU and go riding

Seriously, you are one annoying guy. I have been riding as long as you, (we went to the MSF class at the same time) I have heard you suck at the track, and you are a pompous who likes to act like he is the G-d of all bikers. Why in the you feel like you have the right to be such a tool, I haven't a clue. off douchebag...

I doubled that in two weeks this Spring.

I love it when they sell them. It gives me a chance to ride something different for a while without paying sales commission to dealerships. Let's face it, under 5,000 miles on a one or two year old SS is just about new.

I put 8,000 miles on two bikes this year, excluding hours on dirt bikes.

My neighbor has 2000 miles on his Harley. He has had it for over 3 years!

I have 3200 miles since June 25th. He says I'm nuts.
