Need help replacing the airtube and stay

Ordered the parts to get the bike back on the road, but would like help changing out the air tube and upper stay on a 08 cbr600. Just dont want to tear into it and realize im over my head after i have it taken apart. So if anyone in the clearlake area knows how to do this i would appreciate the help when the parts come in.

Yeah I can bring it where ever you want. Yeah not sure of the exact name I just heard it called the air tube the piece that holds the front fairing on and draws the air into the untake

do the mod while you have it apart. you can smooth out the intake tube and remove the air baffles to increase air flow. a guy on 600rr did a pressure test showing improvements on the amount of air in the airbox before and after at different speeds.
