More surgery and meeting Jeff Dement

I stopped by Doc Sanders office today to schedule the next (yes another) surgery for the old collarbone. As I was standing there looking at my latest X-Ray, the Doc asks me if I have ever met Jeff Dement before. He was standing right behind me. It was cool to meet someone as talented on two wheels as he is.

MXers will know who I am talking about. This guy is one badass motocrosser and seemed to be a genuinely nice person.

You never know who you'll meet at Dr. Sanders office.

The bad news is that I have one more surgery to repair the shoulder and the end of the clavicle. This means more physical therapy and more pain. I am still hurting from a crash on May 5th. WTF? At least the bone graft has taken hold.

Crashing sucks.

No way. A back injury is waaaaaaaaay worse. I just wish that this could have healed more quickly. The shoulder is the big problem now. I figured this long for recovery, the crash should have been more spectacular.

To bad that you have to have another surgery but at least it's your last. But good luck and I hope you don't have as much pain with it . I've had acl surgery and it was a bi**h.
