TEXAS HONOR RIDE Nov 8th

Im passing on this info for Scotty77...

Texas Honor Ride is probably gonna be one of the most unique rides you've ever been on, if you had not been. Yes, it is police escorted at the speed limit, sorry to say... but its a great cause, and if you can make it through all the regulations and being around so many 'chromies' you'll have a great time.

Our troops have done an awesome time allowing us to enjoy the freedoms we do. This is a way to honor and offer our respect, our style, on two wheels, for the Wounded Vets...(BMAC)

Last year there was a band at the hospital and soldiers were eating along side riders. They even brough canopes out for burn victims so they can join us... Cool people, awesome cause!!!!!

This is a heads up.... Follow the registration and I'd recommend preparing early for this ride. If heading back at night, do so with a group...

"Texas Honor Ride is probably gonna be one of the most unique rides you've ever been on, if you had not been." (Matt)

Matt is right about that. I made the run on the first year it was started. Lots of good folks riding for a good cause, give it a try.

Anyone heading back on I-10 can get into the Hurricane Alley Drag Race on Saturday for free with a TX Honor Ride Armband. Exit 597 ?? Marion Tx, Santa Clara Road. You can see the track from I-10. Just west of Seguin. Racing until around 6PM
if you want to take a break, feel free. . .

It's a good cause. This offer is on their website too.
