It still amazes me what makes a bike be considered totaled. If that thing were in my garage it would be the show piece, after I put a new peg on it.

Just pimp it the way it is. No one will notice! j/k

Try custom vinyl decals in black to cover some of the scratches instead of repainting. Just get some for both sides to be consistent. 1 hour fix

Light sanding and touch up paint goes a long way, and if done right is very hard to detect. 3 hour fix

Try ebay for the broken parts. 1 hour fix

Cycle Gear or HOH for aftermarket mirrors. 10 minute fix

Ebay or this forum for replacement pegs, they are probably parts bin stuff that the racers have in buckets in their garages from when they got aftermarket rearsets. 10 minute fix

A little light sanding, JB weld, sand to match, and high quality spray paint will make the scratches on the engine case fade into memory. 30 minutes.

What was the bank saying? I would total it out and get it paid off and buy it back at a fraction.

Frame doesnt have a scratch anywhere just the clutch cover and bar end. I would have to come with $4000 for the difference of the bike to get it back, thats including the repairs, the deductible, and the difference that is owed to the bank. The bank is weary of giving me another loan, She said i have A paper credit but i have Almost 10k on the bike plus some misc other stuff. Even thought the loan would be to pay off the bike she said i would have to have collateral or the would freeze my checking for 4000 untill its paid and i dont want to do that incase i have an emergency and need a large sum of money out of my checking
