Talking RIDER DOWN

a guy headed north on I-45 @ hardy toll got cut off looks like hes ok he was riding a black / green ninja 250 . i made the call on the fire truck and help with geting him in the ambulance . bystanders followed the guy who cut him off and caught him down the road . he had his gear on but jeans didnt hold its gonna be a little hard to sit for a while ...remember dress for the crash not the ride yall be safe ....

I'm willing to bet that inexperience played a roll too. You know what really sucks, if the rider and car didn't hit each other, then the accident is seen as a 1 vehicle accident and the one that caused the accident has no liability. That's something to think about next time you are out here riding. We are more prone to having a single vehicle accident due to the avoidance factor that we may have to perform to stay alive and that just plain sucks. So ride safe out there and be aware of your surroundings and anticipate the moves of vehicles around you.

the smiley was for the fact he will live to ride again . when i was talking to the guy he says hes ridden for years this was his first crash . i have scooped up many riders off the roadway in my tme i am just happy when they are alive when i get to them ..
