Thanks....saw the parking lot exit cam tape. They wanted my bike, no doubt about that. If I get it back the first thing is it's going into the shop for a lojack.

UPDATE:

Im re-visiting an old thread here because I did speak with the owner of the Busa that was stolen from the garage, and I did give the evidence I found at the scene to the Police.

Why am I mentioning this now? Because I just got a subpoena this morning in the mail from the Assistant D.A.'s office of Harris County for me to be a witness at court.

Im glad to be able to help nab the guy that stole this dudes motorcycle, but not happy to have to take off work to go testify. (My employer is making me take a vacation day) which is strange, because its not an option for me. Its mandatory for me to appear under this subpoena to tell them how I came about the evidence.

I've been speaking to others who know of people that have already been arrested and let go on bail. When the case is over, please give me first names so I can see if they match. All I need is a vin number, my name or something linking my bike to them and I'll expect a check.

and good on you for keeping your original info off the net... because those shop these open forums(not their site, nooo...) for bikes to take. My next bike will be fully loaded to catch those fukkers.

Seems like testimony for a criminal case would be covered like jury duty - that your employer would have to give you the time off - but I can't find anything about it.

Is your bike red? I think I've seen you several times. Do you ride behind the 1600 garage when going to work?

My parking garage is very close to that one. Lucky for me they have a security officer right next to where about 20/30 bikes park.

they leave a papertrail... and its catching up.

think about how much this has effected just our community this year... our rides are nearly cut in half on the northside etc... there are several happy to commit their spare time stalking them.

that is all Im going to say. They know Im watching them and will never stop; much like several others on here.

yup, Red Kawi. Not the one that is usually parked between Chevron and the YMCA though.
