Anyone know about a new track near Houston

So I saw someone post about a new track getting built in Cleavland. Any word on size or progress. Also anyone know if Grand Sport is actually working on the expansion or if it is just a front on their website. Hav;nt been down there in awhile.

I've heard about the Cleveland track. Heard it is like a 30 million dollar facility. My brother's professor at U of H helped fund it.

And I hope GSS atleast gets covered paddocks and electricity...call me spoiled!

From what I was told back when the rumormill was flyin, its going to be more than a road course. Its gonna be a whole ranch type deal with more than one track.

The expansion of the GSS track will come in when cash flow does.

Right now the main concern is the building/rest rooms.

30 mill is not that much considering it cost 2.5 mill just to repave turn 1 at Indi.

Here's the site for the planned track. http://libertymotorsportspark.com/
There is no track yet. Been in planning for years and now they are ready to start. Only need one thing, lots and lots of money. No ticky no laundry.

thanks for the links, from their website it looks like they're still trying to sell an idea not build a track, but it would be great to see it come thru.

I would think if Grandsport can operate without bathrooms this place would do fine without the hotel and condos. I'm not holding my breath or bladder just yet.
