1st bike so i want something old so if i drop it i drop it. and im really lookin for a 500 but cant find a good priced one..... and i would get a 250 but being that i need to ride to galveston alot since i work at a shipyard there i dont think a 250 would be a good idea... and my car only runs on premium so im kinda tired of spending 4bucks a gallon....

if you're buying a bike because gas is too expensive in your car, get a hybrid, not a motorcycle.

that price is the book value if the bike was in excellent condition

as for the 250 not being a good idea.....why not?

contrary to popular belief they go fast enough to ride the freeways ( I know it's a shocker) and they can carry you unless you & ur gear tips the scales @ over 380....but do what's right for you, just wanted you to make an informed decision

and a motorcycle costs a lot more than a tank of gas. you gotta fill your car up 60 times to equal the amount of money spent on that old POS bike...
