Paddock layout / infomation question

What's the paddock situation at MSR Houston and Cresson?
Is it similar to TWS (Texas World Speedway)? or at either am I more likely to be set up next to my truck in the lot?

Can't vouch for cresson but MSRH has a nice setup. There is usually enough room for everyone under the covered section and there is power outlets but there are not near enough, so get their early and get your cord plugged in.

Cresson has a small paddock like MSRH where your truck will be parked close but not right there. The other portion of cresson you can set up right next to your truck and use a generator.

MSRH has pits that are all covered with plugs. It gets very crowed at MSRH and you will not be right next to your truck.

I don't have to be next to the truck, I was looking at some pics from cresson and a lot of the picks showed them set up in the parking lot next to their vehicle.

I was just trying to gauge wither or not it would be easy to find a spot under the covered paddock or if I should just plan on "roughing it"

Ridesmart uses the paddock area near the track entrance as a staging area, so all you have is one tiney area. We got there at 9pm the NIGH BEFORE the event and there was no space. Other organizations may let yoiu use the other paddocks, I do not know. Even if they do, I would venture to guess that it is hard to get shade if you are not there early, the DAY BEFORE the event.

Bring an EZ Up, or similar, cuz you are unlikely to get shade.

But as for the track, BEAUTIFUL!!! By far, IMO, better than TWS (Texas World Speedway) and MSRH! The 1.7 I am talking about.

guess for cresson I'll just plan on borrowing an e-z-up

what about MSR Houston, should I plan on the same or is there more space available in the paddock?

everytime i went there was room. if you get there late you have to squeeze in somewhere but always still had enough room.
