laid the bike over any issues with startup?

I had a wreck a month or so ago the bike was rashed up and some mounts damaged so any issues with starting the engine? Well i checked all fluid levels have started it a couple times and seemed fine. I got my cast off two days and can move my arm a little so besides a little gas coming out of the hole in the tank I thought wth lets putt around the yard I let it warm up for a bit then went through the gears (clutch lever is snapped put feels fine). But the engine seemed wierd after going around my yard a couple times I revved it up seemed funky something different but really not mush could have happened at least I think not.... any ideas if any damaged could have happened or am i imagining this?

Ok sorry I was on my phone really hard to type--anywayz--- THe bike starts fine to sum it up what damage can be caused to a bike engine from being laid over? I thought the bike wasn't running as smooth as usual and maybe I just need to run it longer but I want some tips on what I need to check all over the bike from this lay over. I apologize for being so unclear.
