Must have CMRA license for Oak Hill open practice... Plus it's ride at your own risk, no corner workers, EMS, etc so it's smart to bring someone along who will pay attention at least enough to realize if you dont come around for a lap every 1.5 minutes to come figure out what happened!

No, I'm from Germany and a non permanent resident (yet) so not allowed to own a gun anyway . Plus I wanna ride. Need my fix. So it seems the mini motard route is the one to go.

If 4-5 of us have memberships @ Katy and have minis - we can have our own track day every Saturday during Dec - Jan.

Besides riding in 30-40 deg weather with rain, is absolutely the most fun you can have on two wheels with your nuts frozen !

Go skiing. It's amazing how similarly skiing works the leg muscles compared to track riding.

Buck and Longhorn usually do at least one december and one january. Heck, it never gets that cold in texas not to do a trackday.

two trackdays are you crazy? I just don't do summer. It seems silly to me riding around a track when it is 100 degrees wearing a cowskin.

Is somebody bringing his/her mini to MSR-H Sunday? I really need to check this out. $350 for the whole year is absolutely fine for some serious fun .

What are most of you running there? KX60/RM65 or XR100/KX110? I'm 6'2 so guess the 100/110 would fit better?

I ride all year too just not at the track. I take the summer off. I do tear up the streets of Corpus in the summer though does that count? And I am going to Barber this weekend to do two trackdays. Eat your heart out.
