Cagers that constantly tap their brakes for the slightest reason - or no reason what so ever. Even though i have a good distance, i don't know if they are avoiding something on the road or braking because they see a cop. Or people that brake 3 miles before a light.

Gixxerbill nailed it for me, it seems like everytime I go to visit my folks I get stuck behind 30 cruisers going down 149 at 10 miles under the speed limit. It's impossible to pass them all at once so if they are spaced out enough(uncommon) I'll pass a few at a time and work my way up and it makes me feel like an and they always look so mad.
