I gotta agree with your boss here man...a grown adult with a grown up job riding around the job site on a "kid sized" bike. Now, if you rode it to work, parked, did your work, and then rode it home I could see your POV. However, riding around the facility probably doesn't look good to "outsiders" wether they are visitors or clients. Just my 2 cents.
