Personally, I like Colin Edwards, Troy Bayliss, and Eddie Lawson's styles, all for different reasons. Each of them is very unique and get the results despite being a bit un-orthodox.

I think that's what Ed is trying to get to, no matter what people tout as the "correct" body position, even the guys that don't do things in the orthodox ways are really fast and win. It's all a preference by the rider. It's like asking what is the "best" golf swing, baseball swing, etc.

Very old school weird looking position but it works for him. Duhamel kind of tries to do that but not as good lol

I agree here too, different people ride differently. Everyone should experiment with the body position to see what they are most comfortable with, and that would be the best approach for them. Trying to imitate someone because it looks 'low' - naaaahh.
