get a quote and then try to fix it yourself with ebay if the insurance company cuts you a check. as long as she had insurance no need for anybody to bring out the race card and say, "stupid hispanics that dont speak english"

You lived to talk about it, that makes you one lucky man. Fleabay the part and consider yourself lucky. The trooper should have written the the ticket. Just because they "weren't present" when it happened don't mean sh*t. People get failure to yield invites to go to court everyday, and it's up to the judge to decide from there.

Glad to hear you're okay,
-d

I agree. If you move here then learn to speak english. If I moved to another country I would learn their language.

Like I said, you got lucky, and I guess you can consider the first accident for your first year of riding... Pero la hija de la cabrona puta es una mentirosa, pinche vieja...

Nice drawing!!
Which took longer, cleaning your drawers or making that sketch?

Glad you're fine. Unfortunately, that happens all too often. The longer you ride, the more the odds go up. Nice job staying alert...TAKE NOTICE NOOBS!!!!!

good for you. i know that sounds weird, but you were staying aware and did the right thing. if it werent for that, it coulda been your face under her tire, and your knows what wrapped up in your chain.

i hope you can get her insurance to pay (she does have it, right?) if so, you should hustle them out of a paint job too.

WOW! Amazing you pulled that off! :notworthy This is a perfect example that houston drivers are not all from Texas! About 90% can't drive, and do not know the law (scary). Power away from thoes cars, and always expect them to try and hit you.
