so my best friend wrecked his kawi ninja zx6r yesterday. he got hit by a deer in his arm it pulled his hand back and cracked the throttle open all the way and looped the bike out. he was doing about 30. he has all state insurance with comprehensive coerage but no collision. he wants to know if it will be covered. wouldnt this fall under the act of category for ins.? he didnt call the police cause it was 2am. he wasnt hurt. i picked the bike up for him.

he said that the deer hit the inside of his elbow with its head and he death griped it and pulled the front wheel since the deer pushed him back on the seat the bike just flew out from under him. he was on his way home from work.

I hit a deer when I was 17 and hit was covered by comprehensive. Insurance, however, will classify a mystery dog evasive maneuver into a tree as collision.

you have to try and power up a wheelie on a zx6 unless he accidentally popped the clutch also

Might be better off claiming the deer bike-jacked him at rack point and then wrecked his bike.

i wish there was video of this. a deer runs parallel to the bike, headbutts his throttle hand, his full throttle 600cc bike decides to wheelie, and he bails off the back.
speilberg is a f.a.g. this would rule all videos.
