Gearing for MX bike

If I wanted to increase the TOP END speed on a YZ85.
Current Gearing is 14T front and 47T rear

Would I need to increase the teeth or decrease the teeth for Top End improvment.

Thanx

Smaller on the rear or bigger on the front. Or both.

1 maybe 2 smaller on the rear sprocket. I would not touch the front.

He didn't say how fast he wants to go. Maybe he's planning a Bonneville trip next year or headed to the Texas Mile next month.
