need help with tire changing.

Ok, i have never taken a motorcycle tire off, since i now have a track bike and will be needing to take them off (and possibly change them myself) I am looking for someone in the SE area to show me how. I am sure I could figure it out, but I would rather be taught by someone who has done it and can help me out!

Thanks!
