Saratoga... Bragg Rd., I take it? I went out there with a friend a couple of years ago, sat on one of the pipelines for an hour or so, and saw what looked like someone walking down the road with a flashlight until it got a couple hundred yards from us, then it shot straight up into the trees and vanished. Weirdest part was that none of it felt creepy or scary, and we never had that overwhelming urge to get the out of Dodge. There was video of it, but I haven't seen it since that night. No clue what happened to it.
