State Farm would be nice, however, I am with USAA for all of my other insurance but their bike insurance it too high, thus I have GEICO. State Farm can't come close touching USAA for the other insurance (I know, I switched from SF to USAA for that reason) and without having anything else insured with SF, SF can't touch GEICO. Clear as mud?

GEICO. You gotta remember, though. I'm on a Harley and it might help that I'm 37 years old with nothing on my record and I have decent credit which, I'm not sure if some of you are aware, is a factor in how much you pay for insurance, AFAIK.

Have you checked into GEICO? I changed to GEICO from Progressive because it saved me $250/year. Full for a Sporty should be a lot less than the V-Rod. I think Muddy pays $200-something for his Sporty thru Prog.

I'm definaltly going to look into it. I don't think Geico offered moto insurance when in got my bike. My policy renews in April. I'm going to buy a car next month. I kind of want to have them on the same policy. (i hear that helps bring both down) So, i'll put my new car on geico also. Thanks for tip TxVrod.

GREAT THREAD!
