J-B industro weld for exhaust leak?

Hey all, I put an m4 GP on my sv and there's a little leak where the slip on goes on to the stock pipe, just wondering has anyone ever used J-B industro Weld to stop exhaust leak? could it withstand the hi temp?

I dont know what industro weld is but I've used regular JB weld on exhaust components and on engine blocks and stuff before and its held up just fine so I think it would work if you apply it correctly. Just make sure you never need to take it apart again!
