I had 2 discs blown in 1/2, and 3 more herniated. I have L4-S1 fused. Once things are fixed and rehabbed, you will feel 100 times better. I was VERY limited for about 3 months, and cleared to go back to work in 9 months. Make sure you have a good neurosurgeon, and take it slow. Rehab it the right way and dont push it too hard, you should be good!
