took carb apart cant get gas in

well the bike started sputtering with full throttle so I took the carb apart and am now having difficulty getting gas back in. any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

if you pull teh fuel line off the carbs, do you get fuel coming out of the tank?

maybe you put the float in the wrong maybe or a kink in the line
