haha, nice! administrating email servers is 90% of my job these days. if your dude ever needs help let me know! especially if its on exchange 2003! ok here is some more questions

1.what type of server is it running off of?
2.what kind of pipe? fiber?
3.what os/mail software?
4.is it pop/exchange, etc...will there be a webmail interface?
5.mobile access? i.e. will the server let me d/l mail to my phone?
