Manpower loading, etc a definite plus.

Position: Two (2) Drafters
10+ years experience in facility piping

everybody whats people with experience but no one wants to train. so how the does anybody get the experience to begin with?

You have to start on the bottom and make your way up... go to school then start in a not so desirable position and work your way to the top in time you will get your experience and will make a lot of money but it takes time....

I wouldn’t want somebody fresh out of high school or collage running something for me either....

Although it does suck For the youngsters around here such as my self and others

gift of gab, lol you mean how well you kiss there ! i worked my way as far as i can at the job im at, simply because i want ever kiss there but just findin another job that pay $15 an hour plus good benifits with no experience. well lets just say it will never happn.

...and working for startups. i did tech support in a call center for less than a year, and got hired on with a startup doing helpdesk. i was hired as a desktop support analyst, and now im a jr. network admin! ive been there only 3 months! i do get to learn on the job, its sweet. but thats why i dont about being underpaid for my job title. in about 3 months, i bet i can hook a much sweeter job. thats one way to do it anyways.
