that's not very nice of you to call her a tramp, do you even know her? She's just trying to help out. I'm surprised no one else has told you what she has told you already.

no one trying to flame you. just giving advice that everyone else has given me. take as you wish. everyone keeps telling me to take the msf course even tho i already have.. but i don't get upset.. i just laugh and make it a joke. i know everyone here cares. that's the great thing about this site.

my bad I took your wording wrong. i guess since i havent met any of you yet i dont know how to take your expressions. i would like some more thoughts from you RACER X on why a busa is a bad first bike though. personaly from my experience so far on it its not that bad unless you try and hammer down on it its pretty tame........Tramp

This takes RACER X's post about 600cc sport bikes to start to a whole new level. Read it under the Safety section or something its sticky. Then go~ I have 1300ccs.

i just read RACER X's post's. very good info there. i probably would be better starting on a ninja 250 and like he said have made a bad decision to start street riding with a larger bike. but it is done now and im not able to reverse any payments. so i am going to do my best to learn with what i have now. im realy not into carving corners at 120 or anything like that so i hope that will keep me out of most trouble. i have nothing to prove so maybe that will help some more. Hope t see yall sometime soon, mostly work weekends and stuff now but i see a lot of meets during the weekdays. later Tramp

Welcome and don't worry about buying a busa it's ok as long as you respect it. And as long as you drive thinking that idiot is going to pull out in front of you or that idiot is going to cut you off and you can make the right choices to avoid it without freaking out you will be alright. Just know that in Houston it's not that they can't see you it's that they just don't care. If a car will cut off an 18 wheeler they will not hesitate to cut you off. But you have to power to pull away the ability to steer away and the brakes to stop faster than a car just learn how to use them defensively. And one more thing just remember that bike will not handle like a 600 or a 750 so don't g5o wrapping it out through the twisties like you are running in a moto gp race or something.
