I've seen a forged 130 U before. But it was when I actually paid the owner for the bike, had him sign the title, and then found out about the stupid 130 at the title office. Funny part was that I didn't have it when I came in, then they gave it to me, and voila, somehow I had a signed form and no one blinked an eye or gave it any thought. Stupid America!

If you feel "shady" about signing the 130-U, call the original owner up (name and address are listed on the front of the title, just look up in phone book) and ask if its ok to sign in their name.
