No no no...Chuck should absolutely not retire. He's still got alot left in the tank, he's just got to get back to his boxing fundamentals. He tyends to drop his hands to his waist during exchanges and it leaves him wide open for the overhand right. It's the same punch Quinton knocked him out with. If he'd pick his hand up and cover his jawbone, he'd be just fine. He's still one of the most potent strikers in the UFC, further amongst 205'Ride Smart...

I'll agree, Evans knocked Liddell the F out, but he DID NOT need to gloat afterwards like that!!!! Rashad was getting his handed to him the entire fight, even looked like he was scared at times and running. Then just gets off a punch into ANYBODY's sweet spot on the chin.

I lost ALL respect for Rashad Evans after that fight!!!!!!!! And I liked him before....

I was glad to see Rich Franklin whoop Matt H.'s , too!! That was another up-and-comer KID that thought he was the after TUF b/c a certain coach thought he had potential, and put all his nuts on the kid... then Matt gets into the REAL UFC fights.. and looses a couple!! Now, hopefully he'll put his head on straight and get his skillz up to par and show the potential he used to show!!

My $.02
Rashad wasn't getting his " kicked". Chuck won the first round b/c he landed more punches and was "pushing the pace". Rashad was sticking to a gameplan that was devised by he AND his trainers. He was moving in/out and switching stances. He moves quick/herky-jerky. He's done that since he was first in the UFC.

People celebrate all the time after a win... the only time people have issues with it is when a fighter they like is the one on the ground KTFO.

He was mocking Red Foxx's character from Sanford & Son.

I was surprised to see Chuck go out like that, but it happens. A rematch would be interesting, but I would like to see Rashad face Wanderli Silva next. Im cant stand the fact that Forrest didnt have to face Silva or Chuck to get a title shot.

As far a Rich, Ive never been a fan of his. He was only the champ, because the division was so weak.
